We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these terms without prior notice. Access to pk997 is

Certain clauses survive account closure, including dispute rights, data retention obligations and any unsettled financial obligations. Closing your account ends your right to place new activity but does not erase prior commitments under these terms.

We can update terms going forward, but we cannot retroactively change the terms that governed a completed transaction. If your deposit cleared before a revision, the prior version applies to that specific transaction.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits and withdrawals are subject to both our terms and the respective payment provider's own conditions. Where both sets apply, our terms govern the account side and the provider's terms govern the network side.

Submit a written dispute through the support email within 30 days of the decision you are questioning. Include your account reference and the specific clause you believe was misapplied. We will respond in writing within five business days.

The core terms are identical regardless of which payment method your account uses. SadaPay and Raast holders may see additional processing-specific notes in the Withdrawal section, but the account rules themselves do not differ by payment rail.

You must meet the minimum legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction and be located in a supported region of Pakistan where access to pk997 is permitted under local law at the time you use the platform.
